Virginia's is hosting Chef Peter Serpico from Serpico restaurant in Philadelphia on Monday, May 23RD, for a special multi-course menu. The James Beard Award winning chef will be featuring dishes such as "Serpico steamed egg custard, chicken stock, brown butter, crispy potato, caviar, and chive" and "Bacon wrapped pork shoulder, spinach, poached rhubarb, and mustard".
