Chef Erik Ramirez is the chef/partner of Llama Inn in Brooklyn, which recently was awarded two stars from the New York Times. Ramirez has garnered much praise for his new-Peruvian cuisine with dishes such as his Red Snapper Tiradito and Pork Belly Anticucho with Char Siu.
Chef Ramirez will partner with Chef Matt Conroy at Virginia's for a very special, multicourse feast on Monday November 14TH.
